We focus on promoting health, confidence, and community through structured classes for all ages and skill levels. Our experienced team, led by Head Coach Marie Dupont and Program Coordinator Jean Martin, is passionate about fostering a supportive environment where members can develop skills, enjoy fun activities, and build lifelong fitness habits.
